How is works?
Discovery call to assess needs
Book a 15min discovery call, complete our questionnaire to understand your needs send after booking so we can talk through the needs and agree an initial approach.
Review objectives, assess next steps and feedback after each session
At the end of each session, we will review the plan, assess next steps and you will receive a feedback form after each session to ensure the sessions are working for you.
App based self-study in between sessions
We use an app to support the sessions and so that exercises can be completed in between sessions to accelerate progress and promote self-reflection.

Nicola Marshman Coaching & Mentoring, through NMBR Consulting Limited, was created to support early-stage businesses in overcoming the common challenges Nicola has observed during her experience in Financial and Management Consulting. Our goal is to offer customized, affordable Coaching and Mentoring programs that fit the unique needs of new business owners. By combining concise online courses with app-driven coaching exercises and personalized guidance, clients can accelerate their progress, all while maintaining the flexibility they need to manage their business.

Usually a minimum of 4 sessions. The number of sessions is determined after you have completed our online questionnaire and initial session.
We suggest 2 sessions a month which are supported by exercises between sessions on our app to keep up momentum and also provide you a monthly programme at a reasonable cost.
No it is a rolling monthly arrangement you can book in your sessions at the beginning of the month using our self service calendar tool. Timing changes to sessions can be made up to 48 hours before your session.
